Tornado hits south Dickinson

As most of you have probably aleady heard, south Dickinson was hit by a tornado on wednesday night. they have said that the winds were up to 150 mph which put the twister at a level of 3. There is extensive damage to a few homes and the paper has stated that over 20 homes have already been declared uninhabitable. The storm hit right by the river and looks like it started by the softball diamonds and then split into two different tornadoes. It was reported that no one was killed and only a few were treated and released. Here are a few of the pictures that i got but there are many more out there. you can also go to:

A light pole layed over just across the street from consolidated

A home on the east side of highway 22

Another home in the same area

A garage in the same area, all of the sides are blow out and the roof is laying on the cars

South side softball diamonds. That tree row of cottonwoods used to be full and lush. You could not see through those trees before the storm.

There is actually a pick up underneath that camper

Brian Urbanec, who i work with, this is his house

This is a house directly across the street from Brian's
