Kaden is growing like a weed and finding new things to get into everyday:) He loves playing in the toilet and unrolling the toilet paper. If he is not doing that, he is dragging around any garbage can he can find and throwing whatever is in his path into it. He loves the dishwasher and thinks he is fooling Mom when he takes out the silverware and hides them in the cupboard with the pots and pans. Books are his main love! And when he wants you to read --- he means NOW (pretty sure he has got Grandpa's temper!) Brian has even reverted to hiding the books inbetween the cushions so he does not have to read them 8oo times. However, Kaden has now caught on to Dad's trick and goes and looks in the couch to see what he can find. He loves going to see Grandma and Grandpa! He will start clapping when we turn the corner. He has figured out that he gets whatever he wants with them:) He also loves harrassing Copper. Whenever Copper heads into the kitchen, Kaden follows and as soon as Copper turns around and heads to the living room, Kaden starts running as fast as he can to the nearest person because he thinks Copper is after him. He can play this game for hours. (Poor Copper!) He is jabbering all the time and Brian and I are pretty sure that he is telling us off most of the time. He is really starting to mimic what we say, however, he does say a few words on his own. He can say "up" "backpack" if asked what the sheep says, he says "BAAAAAAAAAAAAA" and what does Santa say, he says "OH OH OH" (kinda of a evil sounding Santa). The latest words we are trying to teach him is "big brother!" Yes, you read that right, Kaden is going to be a BIG BROTHER in August! Brian and I are very excited and are trying to slowly get Kaden used to the fact that he will no longer be the center on attention. We figure it is going to be a interesting transition and he might just decide to move in with Grandma and Grandpa FOREVER! However, with this news we also have to let everyone know that it means we will not be coming to the reunion in August. Yes Kelli, I know you said no excuses, but I think this one is a pretty good one. We wish we ould come, we have heard nothing but how great is is up there, so everyone will have to take pictures for us. Now that the word is out, Grandma can relax about it slipping.
Here are a few more pictures of the little guy!
Kaden loves to hide in any little space he can find!
