Brief update for the Moberg branch of the Gustafson family -- you can read about all of our adventures (and most of our meals!) in detail -- with pictures -- on Kevin's blog. I'll just say, "We're busy" and that about takes care of things.
Abigail has been feeling fine and we've not had any hints of a repeat seizure -- but there's no time limit on the "most likely will have another" diagnosis. We just keep praying that she's one of the exceptions and it doesn't happen again, and we're very thankful that there don't seem to be any lasting effects from her incident in January. The other girls are in good health -- school is going well for each of them, swimming is done for the winter season, and they're as ready for winter be be over as all of the adults seem to be.
Me? Spend all day at school...shuttle children around...buy groceries, cook food, do dishes....shuttle children some more...fall into bed exhausted. That's about it.
Jerrett works. I think he also watches TV, and he does sometimes hunt/fish with my dad. Mostly, he works. He's still at the plant in Beulah and he still drives back & forth from Mandan. I've stayed with him a couple of times when I've had workshops to attend in Bismarck, and I'll be heading there again next week. When the girls had a swim meet in Mandan last month, he came over to watch some swimming --which is above-and-beyond the call of duty for anyone who isn't a swim parent!
Cassie and Nick are eagerly awaiting the addition to their family. Nick recently changed jobs -- but they'll have to give you details, because that's really all I know. Davis turned 2 this month -- Cassie hasn't said anything about "terrible" at this point in time.
Roger is very happy to be living in his own house again and out of his apartment. He's been busy with all sorts of home improvement projects. I think he sometimes wishes he had a garage and that he didn't have a corner lot with all of the sidewalk to shovel, but he wouldn't go back to apartment living. He still comes over to Dickinson a few days a week to work, and he spends most weekends in Flasher.
